Prof. Shengquan Li 

Yangzhou University, China

Title: Vibration-Information-Based Fault Diagnosis and Fault-Tolerant Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors

Shengquan Li (IEEE Senior Member) is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Electrical, Energy and Power Engineering, Yangzhou University. Recipient of talent honors including Jiangsu Provincial "Six Talent Peaks" Program and Distinguished Expert of Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Innovation Post. Currently serving as Vice Dean of the School of Electrical, Energy and Power Engineering, Academic Leader of Electrical Engineering Discipline, and Director of the Electrical Engineering Research Institute, Yangzhou University. In addition, he holds concurrent academic appointments: Council Member of China Electrotechnical Society (CES); Committee Member of Active Disturbance Rejection Control Committee and Intelligent Control and Systems Committee under Chinese Association of Command and Control (CICC); Committee Member of New Energy Control Group, Chinese Association of Automation (CAA); Youth Editorial Board Member of Control Theory & Applications; Guest Editor of Measurement & Control. His researches mainly focus on the design and engineering application of high-precision servo control systems. He has presided over nearly 20 research projects. In recent years, he has published more than 60 academic papers. He is the first author of the monograph 《Modal Sensing and Active Anti-Disturbance Vibration Control of Piezoelectric Smart Structures》.

Prof. Fusheng Tan

Ordos Research Institute of Liaoning Technical University, China

Title: Exploring Research Directions in Robotics and Smart Sensing

Tan Fusheng(CCF&TC591 Robot Standardization Committee Member) completed undergraduate, master's, and doctoral studies at Harbin Institute of Technology from 1995-2005. He is now a professor of Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology; since 2023 he works head of Ordos Research Institute of Liaoning technical university. The main research interests include robot and smart perception, intelligent mining and AI applications etc.

Prof. Menghua Zhang

University of Jinan, China

Title:Research and Application of Key Technologies for Crane Intelligence and Safety Robustness

Zhang Menghua, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, is a Young Expert of Taishan Scholars Program of Shandong Province and a recipient of Shandong Provincial Excellent Youth Fund. She has presided over more than 10 research projects including the Youth Program and General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As the first or corresponding author, she has published over 60 SCI papers in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, among which more than 40 are papers in Q1 TOP journals. She holds more than 40 authorized invention patents. Her research achievements have won numerous awards, including the First Prize of Shandong Provincial Patent Award, the Second Prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (First Principal Investigator), and the Special Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award from Shandong Association of Automation (First Principal Investigator).

Assoc. Prof. Zichong Zhu

Nanjing Tech University, China

Title: Key Technologies and Research Exploration of Fractional-Slot High-Speed Permanent Magnet Motors for Electric Drive

Zichong Zhu, graduated from Southeast University in June 2021 with a Doctor of Engineering degree, and then he joined the Nanjing Tech University. His research focuses on the design and control of high-speed brushless permanent magnet motors. He serves as a peer reviewer for journals including IEEE TEC, IEEE TTE, Proceedings of the CSEE, et al.He has published 18 academic papers in journals such as IEEE TEC and IEEE TTE. He has filed 9 invention patents, 6 of which have been granted. He has presided over 4 research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China,, and completed 8 research projects and the research achievements have been industrially applied in new energy vehicles, high-speed blowers, high-precision servo control and other fields.
