Recipient of talent honors including Jiangsu Provincial "Six Talent Peaks" Program and Distinguished Expert of Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Innovation Post. Currently serving as Vice Dean of the School of Electrical, Energy and Power Engineering, Academic Leader of Electrical Engineering Discipline, and Director of the Electrical Engineering Research Institute, Yangzhou University. In addition, he holds concurrent academic appointments: Council Member of China Electrotechnical Society (CES); Committee Member of Active Disturbance Rejection Control Committee and Intelligent Control and Systems Committee under Chinese Association of Command and Control (CICC); Committee Member of New Energy Control Group, Chinese Association of Automation (CAA); Youth Editorial Board Member of Control Theory & Applications; Guest Editor of Measurement & Control. In recent years, he has published more than 60 academic papers. His research focuses on the design and control of high-speed brushless permanent magnet motors.
